Contact and quote forms ask for your contact details and project requirements. Artwork is optional. Please share only information needed to discuss your project.

Why we use it

Your details are used to review your enquiry and contact you about your project. Form information is sent to Kaymaths Media through its configured enquiry delivery service. This site does not add you to a marketing list or use advertising trackers.

Artwork and attachments

PDF, JPEG and PNG artwork up to 5 MB may be submitted with a quote request. Do not upload confidential personal records or files unrelated to your project. Attachments are supplied to the enquiry team for review.

Questions about your information

Contact info@kaymaths.com to ask about the information in your enquiry, request corrections or discuss deletion. Information needed for active work, business records or applicable obligations may need to be retained.
